Would you please advise me how to grow bell peppers and eggplants correctly.
My Bell pepper plants grown about 30 inches with many leaves but do not produce any fruit (pepper) the flowers blossom then fail off some of the leaves now have many small brown dots I just clipped off those leaves with a scissor. My eggplants flowers also blossom dried out and fall off and make no fruits. Would you advise me: what did I do wrong and what should I do so those plants will produce many fruits. Thanks.

    Rude impatient type …
Rude impatient type people need to get some manners. You don’t have the patience for gardening anyway why are you wasting your time here being rude and obnoxious? Go back to your gameboy and leave the grownups to something productive.

    The hardware cloth …
The hardware cloth (metal grid) is convenient for staking vegetables but expensive. I use bamboo that I can cut for free in the country and split. It is also durable and can be saved and reused from year to year.

Gee how I relate to your comments! My Grandad was an organic gardener and an early member of Henry Doubleday. I only switched into what he was saying about 6 months before he died, back in 83. I’ve never stopped thinking about him since. Even dream about him.

    Indeterminate …
Indeterminate varieties of tomatoes can reach 14 feet in height.

There are essentially two kinds. Determinate and Indeterminate. Your seed packet will tell you which you have.

Determinates grow to a certain height, bear fruit and they are done. Indeterminates keep growing and bearing fruit until they are killed.

Determinates were bred for machine harvesting.
