When growing vegetables, if you give them plant food does that not qualify them as being organic?

Is a plant food (such as miracle grow) considered a chemical when growing the plants?

Plant foods such as Miracle Gro are considered chemical fertilizers and definitely not organic. Compost, fish emulsion, kelp are a few of the numerous things used to feed the plants and soil in an organic garden.
