The Bioferia: A Growing Experience_Part 1

With support of IFOAM, the ociation Eco-Lógica Perú, produced this video on local organic marketing.
Eco-Lógica Perú is an ociation of individual organic producers, organic producer ociations and several NGO’s. The ociation was set up in 1998 with the main goal to define efficient strategies for the commercializing of local organic products.
This video explains and visualizes how to organize and set up a street market by showing the example of the “BioFeria”, a local street market organized by Eco-Lógica Perú. The video contains interviews with different stakeholders involved in the “BioFeria” and explains step by step which requirements have to be fulfilled in order to successfully build up a similar local market initiative.
