I am sure we don’t need to go to extreme RAW or VEGAN diets. Just cut out excess sugar and other carbohydrates will do the trick. Go back some 30 years to what our grandparents ate. Sure there were junk food then, but NO Macers or KFC etc. Fast foods were not affordable, so we ate home cooked simple meat and veg meals.

so after you freeze it do you just put in the fridge to get it back to a liquid state?

and after you cut the wheatgrass does it regrow or do you have to empty the tray out and plant new seeds?

    just wondering. thanks! :)

a lab test who was made by a person i know and trust showed that after freezing the juice for 21 days there is 10% degradation in vitamin and enzyme quality, minerals are all the same.

personally, i prefer fresh. but for some people this is not an option. so it’s the second best thing.

    last option is dry powder.

About Author

I've been an avid gardener most of my life and I've always had an interest in organic gardening. My parents always had gardens when I was a child and while I can't say that no chemicals were used, most products and methods used to maintain the garden were natural. Now that I have a garden of my own (past 7 years) I've gone strictly organic. This blog is my attempt to share Organic Gardening Tips with you.
