    It is so easy! I grow it for my cats to nibble on. All you have to do is go to a garden supply place and get some regular potting soil and whatever size pot(s) you need. As for the seeds, I just buy regular wheatgrass seeds for my kitties. However, I am sure any nutrition store or restraunt would be happy to tell you where you can get some organic seeds. Maybe even Trader Joes could tell you!
    It grows pretty quick, too. Good Luck!!!
