You get more nutritional value from these foods anyway so your body does not require as much food as most people are used to consuming. Also wash your veggies and fruits with a water and vinegar solution or alternatively water and bentonite clay. That will extend the shelf life of dramatically and result in less waste.

Or you could just whine and cry about it and go on as usual.</description>
